In-Person Personal Training
Structured, one-on-one coaching focused on long-term health, strength, and body composition
• 6 one-hour sessions: $250
• 8 one-hour sessions: $320
• 12 one-hour sessions: $450
Sessions are typically completed over 4–6 weeks depending on frequency.
Hybrid Coaching (In-Person + Online)
For clients who want in-person accountability with structured training on non-session days.
• 8 in-person one-hour sessions per month
• Personalized online workouts for remaining training days
• Accountability and progression tracking

Online Coaching
For self-motivated individuals who want expert guidance without in-person sessions.

3-Month In-Person Commitment (Best Value)
